Jellum Law, P.A., is a firm specializing in banking and financial services, serving clients locally, regionally, and nationally. We are seeking a proactive and dependable Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our litigation team, supporting matters involving financial institutions and real estate litigation.
Requirements
Required:
- Prior law firm experience in a litigation support role
- Familiarity with loan enforcement, foreclosure, collections, landlord/tenant, or construction matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate work
- Ability to manage priorities and follow through with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with financial institutions, real estate, or commercial litigation
- Experience in state, federal, or bankruptcy court procedures
- We also welcome candidates with strong civil litigation experience in other practice areas who demonstrate the ability to quickly learn complex subject matter.
